PediAquatics Swim School
My 3 year-old daughter took lessons with Miss Sarah in May, and we are absolutely amazed at the results. We practice rolling and floating any time we're in the water, and we always get comments from people who see what she does. With all the water around us, every child in the state should do this program - their little lives are worth far more than the cost of the lessons. Miss Sarah is a gifted instructor and we are fortunate to have her here in Citrus County.
Absolutely worth it
Our two boys, ages 4 and 2, took lessons from Miss Sarah during the month of May. The last time our 4 year old had lessons was in 2007, when he was 18 months old, so we weren't quite sure how he'd take to the water with a new instructor and completely different technique. From day one, I knew we'd made the right decision in bringing them to Pediaquatics. One of Sarah's many gifts is her ability to put the children at ease immediately, while at the same time being consistent with her techniques to ensure they learn to 'respect' the water. The boys swim nearly every day and are having a BLAST practicing what they've learned. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this course or Sarah. Amazing!
The best investment I have ever made for my two children is bringing them to pediaquatics to be taught to swim. My children are 2 and 4 years old and I have no fear of them near a pool because they have been taught to self rescue themselves. My oldest son is autistic and swimming lessons also provide a therapy for his body that helped him excel in other areas as well. Sarah worked great with both my sons and I especially recommend her to parents of special needs children.
I am so impressed with your kind and calm manner with all the children. You are able to connect with each child to keep their focus and give them instruction and they follow your commands. We are so grateful that you are teaching our child to swim and be able to save themselves from drowning.
Worth the fussing
My daughter has learned so much from attending lessons. She didn't care too much for the lessons at first and fussed a lot but now she loves lessons. From the guidance you've given my daughter is now a confident swimmer.
Please let us know how we're doing! We enjoy hearing from you!

My 2 year old asks to go to Ms. Sarah's every day. Sarah does an amazing job teaching kids confidence in themselves. She makes learning to swim and float fun for the kids and her passion for what she does shows every day. I wish every kid had the opportunity to work with her and learn the valuable skills she can teach them. I can't imagine the number of lives she has saved. Thank you Sarah!

We get so excited every year when swim lessons start. Our 2 older boys have finished and checked out with Sarah, both love the water. Our 2 year old starts his refresher course tomorrow, and we are ready to get him comfortable with the water again. Sarah has always shown so much patience while working with our sometimes high maintenance children. These lessons are a must.

I was introduced to Sarah by a friend of mine. I was enamored when I saw her 1.5 year old who was the same age as my daughter, swimming perfectly all around her pool. I had been going to a well known swim school in Lutz, paying monthly for OVER A YEAR and my daughter couldn’t even roll and float to save her life, literally. I immediately called Sarah, my daughter was turning and floating in NO TIME! So naturally, when my second child was born, I brought her to Sarah, no questions. I continued with refreshers every year for both and now I can sit pool side while my (almost) 4 year old and 6 year old swim like fish. Not only is Sarah AMAZING at what she does, she is one of the nicest, most caring person I’ve ever met! The way she soothes the children’s fears is like nothing I’ve ever seen. There are some children who cry the entire time and she continues to stay calm, cool, and collected!!! You will be hard pressed to find another swim teacher like Sarah Dodge!!! We love and miss you Sarah!! But I just can’t have more babies for a reason to come see you... keep doing what you do BEST!!!!

We live near water and are always boating so it was a must to give our daughter lessons. She started with Sara and within a few weeks we were amazingly impressed by how well our 1 year old did. She is now 4 and swimming better than we’d ever be able to teach her. We will soon be starting our son and know that he is good hands. I cannot say how important these lessons are not only for swimming itself, but for life saving! Sarah has definitely put our minds at ease knowing our kids will be safe around water.

My daughter is the perfect poster child for pediAqauatics. She started at 9 months old and just recently finished at 29 months old. She is swimming end to end in the pool, jumping in and trying to dive without any fear or concern. I compare her to my nephew out of state who started lessons when he was 3 and he was scared of the water and refused to learn. Meanwhile my daughter makes it look easy. It's so important to start early so its second nature to them. We are so lucky to have Miss Sara in our area. Thank you for all you do.

We were recommended to Sarah from people Around the county. Our rental home here had a pool and we always talked about swimming lessons. It wasn't until my oldest son's near drowning accident that we knew it was a must. Not only has Sarah given me piece of mind but she helped my family heal with the tragedy that we experienced. The best time and money you can ever spend. Sarah is wonderful with the children and the results are amazing. This is our second year with her and we will continue to use Sarah for years to come.

We are always around water. When we discovered Pediaquatics I knew it was a " One of a kind" technique. The very first lesson was amazing for my 2yr old son. He was able to self rescue in 5weeks. When we had our daughter we put her in lessons at 9 months old. She took a little longer to self rescue. The security of knowing your child has respect of the water is priceless! Thank you Sarah for your paitence and passion. You are a Gem in our community!

I started my daughter's lessons when she was 18mos old because she was getting way too curious of grandma's pool. I was super nervous waiting our turn but the moment her lesson started I was completely enthralled! She had her swimming already! I've brought her back each year and her skills and confidence grow so fast with Ms. Sarah. She's absolutely amazing. She knows all her students very well and provides such an important service to our community. I'm so thankful I found her and started my daughter with her. I'll keep going for many years to come!

Our children have all went through Sarah for training and we could not be more thankful for her. While we always still watch, we do not have to worry when they fall in or go to deep. They know how to handle it! We were on vacation and the lifeguards were amazed that our newly 2 year old, at the time, could.swim on her own! We highly recommend Pediaquatics!

Our daughter Parker began lessons with Ms. Sarah at almost 7 months of age. Sarah is so patient and kind. She really has a gift and it's amazing to watch your child learn from day to day and week to week. We are so excited to have Parker with her again this year and are so thankful for the service she provides to our community.
